Volkert, Inc. Chief Executive Officer Perry Hand announced Chief Operations Officer Jerry Stump has been named president of Volkert, Inc.

Stump brings broad leadership abilities to the president's position. He has served as Volkert's chief operations officer since 2013 and was recently named president and chief executive officer of Volkert Global, the international affiliate of Volkert, Inc. Jerry began his career with the Tennessee Department of Transportation before working for three Top-100 engineering firms for more than 25-years, progressing from project manager to senior vice president and chief operating officer. He has served as national chairman of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), which is comprised of over 5,000 engineering firms and represents more than 500,000 professionals in the industry, and he currently serves on the Executive Committee of Design Professionals Coalition (DPC), representing the largest firms in the industry.
