Construction is completed at The Enzo at Ariston in Buford, Georgia. McShane Construction Company provided general contracting services for the 265-unit development on behalf of their client, TPA Residential.

The boutique-style community offers resort-like amenities, including a heated saltwater swimming pool, an outdoor grilling area and lounge, a 24-hour fitness studio and power gym, an enclosed dog park and a community lounge with a demonstration kitchen.

Units are offered in one- to three-bedroom, open-concept floor plans and boast professional-grade kitchens, granite countertops throughout, luxury vinyl tile flooring and private balconies or patios. Select units are available in a two-story townhome style with a loft bedroom and bathroom.
