The National Institute of Building Sciences, National Building Museum, and International Code Council have made the decision to postpone Elevate 2025 due to several important considerations:
- Respecting the security protocols and transportation challenges associated with President Trump's address to a joint session of Congress on March 4
- Out of an abundance of caution and consideration for groups exercising their right to peacefully assemble
- Awareness of scheduling conflicts now affecting public sector leadership, colleagues, and staff
Elevate 2025 is designed to bring together leaders and policymakers to address the critical workforce gap in the built environment that threatens communities across the country. The success of this event and its ability to drive meaningful policy solutions relies heavily on the participation of members of Congress, their staff, federal civilian and executive branch agency leadership, and members of the press.
The event will be rescheduled for fall 2025.
