On Sept. 17, JLG introduced new features for its ES electric scissor lifts, E18 vertical lifts and E18 stock picker, including standard AC drive motors, lithium-ion battery options and a range-extending genset charging option.
To provide equipment owners and operators with information about add-on accessories available for boom lifts and scissors, JLG has published a free accessories resource guide on #DirectAccess. These important tools can increase operators’ job site productivity, provide additional safety measures and/or extend a machine’s efficiency in certain applications.
JLG is in the process of updating its popular SkyTrak telehandler line, starting with the 6034 and 6042 models. These models have been redesigned for today’s worksites, including features customers request the most.
Highlighting the importance of equipment maintenance, parts and service, JLG has released its new Uptime Matters white paper, providing guidance to equipment owners and fleet managers on solutions they can put in place to increase the life cycle of their aerial equipment fleets, reduce their cost of ownership and maximize the return on their investments.
To meet market demand, JLG announced its plans May 17 to expand its manufacturing footprint in the company’s Jefferson City, Tennessee, facility to increase SkyTrak telehandler production in the coming years.
JLG now offers Bi-Energy technology on two of its most popular compact crawler boom lift models — the X770AJ and X1000AJ. Additional models available with this option will be announced in the future.
