Construction is a major theme in Scott’s life. From a B.S. in Construction Engineering at Iowa State University to major home construction projects and helping to lead Heartland, Scott has been immersed in construction for years.

This year’s Ceilings & Interior Systems Construction Association Construction Excellence awards were presented April 24 at the CISCA Awards Celebration and Dinner during its annual convention.
During its 100th Anniversary Opening Session and Awards Presentation Brunch at the AWCI Convention, held in conjunction with the CISCA Convention and INTEX Expo, the association named Jerry Smith as the president for the 2018-19 term.
