Prashant Mandare is business unit manager for the direct fastening business unit for Hilti North America. He holds an MBA from McCombs School of Business in Austin, Texas, a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from University of Massachusetts Amherst, and an M.S. and B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mumbai in India. Prior to joining Hilti, he worked as management consultant at Deloitte Consulting and as development engineer at The Dow Chemical Company.
